Cultivation: 100% Primitivo grown at 450 meters above sea level, facing south south-east in rocky soil.
Land yeld: 60 q/ha. Cultivated with spurred cordon of 4500 plants per hectare.
Aging: 12 months in 225 liter oak barrels, 6 months in bottle.
Alcohol content: 16% vol.
Features: Compact ruby red color with purple hues for a clear wine to the look and consistent in the chalice. Sumptuous nose in his good complexity of clean and pleasant hints of cherry, black mulberry, carob and precious spices enriched with notes of balsam china conferred by aging in barrels of fine wood.
Pairing: braised wild boar meat and game in general meat sauce, aged cheeses.
Serve at 16-18 °C temperature.
